BUTCHERING
Fresh live-animal butchering involves processing that takes place within a single day, from the moment of slaughter to packaging. The cost of the animal includes custom cutting and packaging services. Halal slaughter is available upon request, and requires customer to be the overseer.
Live-Animal butchering is available Tuesday-Saturday year round, 8am-3pm. Please schedule ahead so we can serve you as best as we can. Drop-ins are welcome as well.
CUSTOM
BEEF & DEER PROCESSING
We provide custom beef and deer processing services from September 27th to April 1st. This includes slaughter, chilling, cutting, smokehouse services, and packaging, all completed within two weeks. Deer can be dropped off at any time at the back of the shop; please remember to fill out a cut sheet when you drop off your meat. Please schedule your custom beef as soon as you know your desired slaughter date.
