What We Do

Whole Beef Processing

Get more from your beef with custom processing built around the way you actually use your meat. At Mountain Meadows Butchering, we handle the entire process from slaughter and hanging to cutting, packaging, and finishing. You can choose your preferred cuts, steak thickness, bone-in or boneless options, and how your beef is divided for your freezer. We also offer aged beef processing and smokehouse products, giving you more ways to make the most of your animal. Whether you raise your own beef or purchase an animal through our farm or a nearby farm, we’ll work with you to create a custom order that fits your family.

Lamb & Goat Processing

Mountain Meadows offers custom sheep and goat processing for customers who want fresh meat prepared to their specifications. You can bring your own animal or visit our farm and choose from the sheep and goats available here. We can assist with the slaughter process and then handle the skinning, cleaning, cutting, and packaging according to your preferences. We also offer assisted halal slaughter when requested, allowing you to oversee the process while our experienced team handles the work. Whether you’re purchasing an animal for your family or looking for a specific way of having it prepared, we’ll take the time to understand what you need and make sure your order is handled with care.

Deer Processing

When you bring home a successful hunt, you want a butcher who understands that your harvest matters. Mountain Meadows provides custom deer processing with convenient drop-off options for hunters throughout the area. During hunting season, you can drop off your deer after hours, Monday through Saturday, so you don’t have to worry about rushing to a processor before closing time. We handle your deer with care through the cutting and packaging process, and your venison stays separate from everyone else’s. From steaks and burger to the cuts your family prefers, we’ll help you turn your harvest into quality meat for the freezer.
